30 Days Return and Refund

Under the following circumstances, we'll refund your money or exchange the goods you bought from us if you change your mind about them.

Your item must be unused, unwashed, uncovered, and otherwise in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a refund. Manufacturers must package the product.

We are unable to process your return without a receipt or other proof of purchase. Prior to the return, you might additionally need to provide proof of the item's fault, such as by emailing pictures.

The purchase price and free shipping will be reimbursed to you if you request a refund within 3 to 4 business days of us receiving the returned item and verifying that it satisfies the aforementioned requirements.

You must also provide an explanation if there is an issue with your return as to why it was rejected and why a refund is not possible. Usually, this only occurs when we receive dated, useless goods.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

We will take corrective action if a product is flawed, inaccurately described, or different from the sample that is displayed. This may include issuing a refund for the product's purchase price and shipping costs, or providing a replacement product along with a pre-paid return shipping label for the flawed item. Defective or damaged items may have holes already present or unraveling seams.

We won't be able to help you or give you a refund if you provided a wrong shipping address, moved, or need to change a product variant after your order has been shipped.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account again, and then call the company that issued your credit card if you haven't gotten a refund; it might have been a few days since the refund was really deposited.

Call your bank next because there can occasionally be a lot of processing time after a discount has been posted.

Currently, only things with standard prices may be returned; sale items cannot be reimbursed unless they are faulty.

GIFTS

You will receive kudos equal to the value of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and given to you directly.

You'll receive a gift recognition after the returned item is received.

We will offer a discount to the gift provider, who will then look into your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or if the present donor had the order delivered to themselves to fulfill later.

Shipping

Because this is where we will be sending the package, do make sure the mailing address listed in the Payment holder is accurate (s). Any orders that are returned will be sent again at your expense.

You are responsible for the cost of mailing your returned item(s) back to us.

There is no reimbursement for the shipping charges. The amount of any refund will be less the cost of returning the item to us.

Your returned item(s) may take a while to replace or arrive after an exchange, depending on the circumstances.

We're sorry, but we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

You have 30 days after the purchase date to ask for a refund (s). We do not accept returns or offer exchanges after 30 days.

Despite our best efforts, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the allotted time range. Please note that a delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund.
